The ASECOM RAILS SAS study of overall tracks is complex and allows defining all an overhead track according to precise rules and current standards (Eurocodes, FEM, etc.). According to the elements provided by manufacturers of overhead cranes, harbor cranes and gantries, we are able to list all the necessary subassemblies for a track, from the rail up to the wedging mortar (or Epoxy resin).
For this purpose, we absolutely need the following information :
Vertical, longitudinal horizontal, and transversal horizontal loads with included safety coefficients.
Wheel diameters.
Description of the environment in which the track will be installed.
The desired type of fastening systems.
The nature and width of the support, if the track is elevated.
Also, the nature of the support if the track is on ground level
